Subject area B - pension
With effect from July 1st, 2021 there were changes in the Corona VO. In addition to the house rules, the following officially prescribed hygiene regulations apply until further notice:
B1 guest arrival
Guests who are or have been in contact with SARS-CoV-2 infected people if 14 days have not passed since the last contact or have symptoms of a respiratory infection or a high temperature are not allowed to enter the guest house.
Your complete contact details (first name, surname, arrival and departure days, home address, telephone number and email address) are required to register. We delete this data 4 weeks after your stay.
Requirements for the visit
For a quick and smooth arrival, we ask you to bring the following with you:
The control takes place on site at the reception. A comparison with a photo ID is mandatory.
Please wear your mouth and nose covering during your entire stay in all public areas as well as in the hallways and corridors - for your protection and also to protect our staff (application of house rules)
The overnight rate has to be paid when registering - please note that we only accept EC cards and cash at reception.
If the personnel capacities allow it, we will accompany you to your room.
B2 guest departure
To check out, please hand in your room key at reception between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on the day of departure (access only via the main entrance). The key will be disinfected by our staff.
B3 Definition of entree / exit
If possible, please use the front entrance on the street to gain access. There is a disinfection station for your hands at the front entrance.
B4 Use of the in-house parking
Use of the parking lot is permitted for the duration of your stay (registration by the evening of the day of departure) - you pay a one-time fee of 5 euros at reception. You will receive a parking permit, which you should put behind the window in the car.
B5 Public Areas
The public areas such as the sun terrace and fitness center are open and may be used in compliance with hygiene and distance rules.
B6 Use of your room
In your room you will of course find fresh bed linen and towels on arrival, all contact surfaces have been disinfected by our staff.
Please always keep the remote control of the TV in the plastic cover - we will change it after your departure.
There is no room service during your stay. The rooms are only cleaned and disinfected for the next user after your departure.
B7 In-Room Service, General Areas, Kitchen
Our staff wears mouth / nose protection and rubber gloves when they come into direct contact with customers. The staff is instructed to work separately and in compliance with the minimum distance of 1.5 m.
When cleaning / disinfecting, cleaning utensils such as rags / sponges etc ... must be exchanged for new ones after each room.
Where applicable, single-use Z-paper should be used. In the general areas, the contact surfaces, including door handles and banisters, are regularly disinfected at short intervals.
A haunted protection wall has been installed at the reception to protect guests and staff. The staff wear mouth and nose protection. We kindly ask guests to wear mouth and nose protection as well.
All contact surfaces are disinfected regularly. Use single-use Z-paper.
The staff is instructed to collect cash mostly without cash and unfortunately has to keep guest contact and communication to a minimum.
Please keep your distance at the reception.
We try to be as quick as possible and we apologize for any waiting times.
The staff will assign a table to guests with breakfast. Access to the buffet is organized by table.
